I have been wanting to do the Coomera Falls Circuit for a few years, but have been unable to for a while, due to the fires that destroyed the Binna Burra Lodge, and closed that section of the Lamington National Park in 2019.
The good news is that the park is now back open, and the Binna Burra Lodge has also been partially rebuilt and is open again. And recent heavy rains made the 17km circuit well worthwhile.
The circuit starts at the main trailhead is at the very end of Binna Burra Rd, near the Binna Burra Teahouse. Follow the Border Track for nearly 2 kilometres until you reach the Coomera Circuit trail marker. Take this turn to do the trail in an anti-clockwise direction.
